Using letterforms and cropping, I created typographic patterns and textures. This exercise was meant as a way of developing a better understanding of type anatomy. The typefaces used were: Helvetica Bold, Adobe Garamond Pro Regular, Bauer Bodoni Roman, and Clarendon Roman. Each has 4 compositions, resulting in a total of 16 tiles in total.
